KALATHAS BEACH

The Kalathas Beach is located at the foot of the hills – in the western part of the Akrotiri Peninsula. Chania 10 km, Agia Triada Tzagaroli Monastery 6 km, Gouverneto Monastery 8.5 km, Kissamos 54 km.

Kalathas is a fairly new, quiet settlement, especially for those, who want to move out of Chania.

The sand on the beach is golden in color and the sea is very shallow. Ideal place for families with children.

The shallow water heats up quickly, therefore the guest can swim in the sea from the beginning of May. In summer, the seawater temperature reaches 27 degrees.

Sunbeds and parasols can be rented. Two beach restaurants await our dear guests, with great love.
